A Letter from Faruqul Islam National Director, Special Olympics Bangladesh

We are so deeply shocked that our founder, our leader, our dearest Eunice Kennedy Shriver is no more with us. It is a great loss to the Special Olympics Family. She will remain alive and will be respected for her faith, for her dedication and for her dream about people with intellectual disabilities - the forgotten population. By strengthening the Special Olympics movement, which she loved so deeply, we show our gratefulness and respect to her. We should be more committed in doing the work which she advocated through out her lifetime. Now this is the time to learn more about her.
